The parking fees for residents of Diamond Beach will be a shock to the 2nd homeowners when they arrive for the summer months. Thanks to Lower Township Mayor Frank Sippel and his Council for blindsiding the locals as well as the seasonal residents. So typical of shore town politicians isn't it.
