The noise level in Lower has reached a point where home sales are slipping. No one wants to purchase a vacation home to listen to the new flight pattern of private planes over their yards (not entirely legal to take off and land closely above residential housing) and cut off mufflers that race down residential streets. There needs to be stricter regulations by FAA and DMV to counter this. That is, if you want to hear crickets rather than boys and their loud noises.
