The New Jersey legislature MUST reform itself or be dissolved. Last minute spending and midnight bills are not acceptable. Example: the Mansion Tax passed to promote affordable housing is now folded into budget deficit reduction. Needless to say it’s borne by the sellers, not the buyers as originally framed ( midnight changes). The pay grab. Trenton legislators are part time. Voting themselves a HUGE pay GRAB.
