The Nazi party NEVER had the word "Democratic" in the name. The Nationalist Socialist German Worker's Parry was ultranationalist, far-right, and fascist. They were violently opposed to socialism, social democracy, and communism (more than 20,000 German Communists were killed in concentration camps. The camps originally had mostly political prisoners including the socialists and communists, plus Catholics, disabled people, and many journalists and intellectuals.
