The MUA deserves an award. Not for leadership—for proving you can spend thousands fixing the symptoms while ignoring the disease. Morale is circling the drain, experienced employees are eyeing the exit, and every “solution” somehow creates another problem. At this rate, the wastewater is getting treated better than the workforce. That’s impressive… and not in a good way.
