The MT mayor states in the Herald “What’s not to like” referring to a proposed housing development on Rt 47 just outside Wildwood. Well how about the higher taxes that it will result in? How about more traffic? How greater risk of traffic accidents? How about the higher taxes it will create? How about even more demand on our water supply? How about more trash generation? The fact the mayor actually said “What’s not to like?” shows why we need a new mayor. More ratables equals higher taxes, not lower taxes. Replace the entire MT government. They all work for developers, not residen
