The Minnesota Star Tribune has published the footage, taken outside of a Glam Doll Donuts where seven federal agents surround a man on the ground with five beating him before multiple shots go off to kill him. Get ICE out of DEM Cities .
Moderator's Note: The matter is under investigation as to the sequence of events that led to the shooting .It is claimed that the man was threatening ICE agents with a gun. It appears that a gun was recovered at the scene.
