The legal system in this country gives every opportunity and tool for someone to prove his or her innocence. However there are times it goes way too far. Take the Charlie Kirk case. Tyler Robinson's defense lawyer wants the entire prosecution team to be dismissed just because one of the prosecutors' daughters attended the rally where Kirk got shot. I can maybe see the one prosecutor be dismissed, but dismissing the entire team is absolutely absurd! The judge needs to recuse himself immediately if he allows this to happen!
