The last CFO told us we have a spending problem, not a revenue problem. Now we have another tax increase. All new faces on Council and Administration and yet the same "tax and spend" attitude persists. It is time to realize that this form of government does not work in a small shore town. Change the form of government to copy Avalon's or OC's now or just throw in the towel and merge with Avalon or NWW. Admitting that we are not capable of governing ourselves is the first step!
