The Jacob Jones memorial is an amazing tribute to the first Naval Casualties in World War 2 off the coast of Cape May. Looks like there has been a lot of effort put into the project. Sadly, there are some privileged (NIMBY) that don't want it in the best place for it here on the Island... Excessively wealthy Summer residents that feel like they don't want it in their neighborhood...Very sad that they cannot share their corner of the world...These men died for the freedom they enjoy...
