The five year plan for housing by CM Housing Authority Upgrade and Expansion will be obsolete and over budget in that time frame. In five years CM will no doubt be a different place. Look what is happening with the juvenile delinquents running the citizens and visitors out of town. Guaranteed nothing will be done now or ever. Word is out! Do you think all those visitors affected will return? What do you think they tell people back home? What do you think when the story is repeated about so and so vacation in CM! The Mayor and Police Chief should be held accountable. Arrests should be made.
