The electric substation in Cape May needs real grass planted and the dead trees removed. In a city that prides itself on looking good, the substation lot is a total disgrace. It’s been two years now looking like this. Trash needs to be picked up, rocks, stones, and gravel removed and the mud cleaned up. Also, the new collective troughs around the station contain standing water which harbors mosquitoes. There is also a LOUD humming noise coming from one of the transformers that keeps the local neighbors up at night.
