The economic reset in Lower Township is now complete. No longer can a young family even approach buying a home here, given these prices. The 52 week a year economic engine that a family produces is gone,food shopping,school clothes, furniture, appliances,cars etc. Replaced by Air B&B's that do nothing for the community,no volunteers ,no input. Remember how vibrant Pacific Ave in Wildwood was in the late 1960's, that's us, gone like yesterday as the song says!
