The County Open Spaces program really needs to get busy preserving open space again while there is still open space to preserve! The County needs to partner with Green Acres to maximize the amount of land it can preserve and to reduce the cost. Wherever there is dry land, there’s someone conspiring to build houses on it! CMC residents would be best served if not a single new house was built anywhere. We don’t want CMC to turn into another North Jersey. All of the residential development that CMC is experiencing is not “progress” or “growth”, it’s just total ecological destruction
