The Cape tech expansion project is way over budget and is not going to be finished in time for the school year to start. They spent thirty million dollars of taxpayers, money and still over spent! The only way to rectify the situation is to spend massive amounts of money in overtime for construction workers and for staff!! Who is responsible for these horrendous financial blunders? Who were the administrators making the decisions? Looks like the board of education better take a hard look at who they hire to make decisions with taxpayers money!!
