The BOE at Cape May Special Services should be ashamed of themselves for constantly denying students with special needs adequate care. The students who need it the most are regularly denied access to things that would promote independence in their lives. The special services building is in dire need of improvements and more support for the students, but instead the BOE is planning to lay off staff and cut programs. The board care more about their fiscal standing and saving face than they do the students they "serve" and it is disgusting. More needs to be done for our neediest population.
