The ascension of Graham Platner in Maine is a prime example of what is wrong with how we vote. He's been a disgrace from the very beginning. Yet, Democrats rallied behind him. This is the same issue with the Republicans rallying around Trump. As long as we continue to vote the Party and not the Person, we will continue to elect flawed people. There is nothing wrong with voting for the other Party when you are in the voting booth. Vote for the best Person running, regardless of Party.
