Thanks to the moderator for explaining "John Cummings is in the comments section and therefore not moderated." However, "Comment Standards" indicates the standards you are required to read & accept apply to "Comments" and the comment section clearly is labeled "Comments." Therefore, one could reasonably assume the standards apply to the comments as well as the original Spouts. At least two of the standards - "Posts typed in all capital letters" and "Repetitive posts" - are violated on multiple Spout comments on a regular basis.
Moderator's Note: Yes ,the comment standards are the same. The way it is moderated is for you to flag it in the comments section. It is too costly to pay someone to attend it everyday. Thanks for pointing out an offender ,but please do it in the way that will bring attention to your complaint
