Thank you to the Herald's Bill Barlow for his insightful story of the allegations of Sexual Abuse at the Cape May Point Retreat Center. But I have to ask why there are so many sexual abuse or perversion acts occuring in Cape May County with us even ending up on TV for "To Catch a Predator"?
