Thank you to all the "Elderly" of Cape May County for forcing a Garden State Parkway Speed Limit reducion because they shouldn't even be on the road due to deminished capacity. Instead of Voter ID Laws, we need Compentency Tests before people can vote so we don't end up with any more wacky candidates or bootlickers.
