Thank you for the NJ Audubon article on Boat-Tailed Grackle. We always saw these birds when camped at the Delaware Seashore State Park North. The male is very boisterous. We would see one very loud male and a lot of females around. We live across from the Tuckahoe-Corbin City Fish & Wildlife Management Area (WMA) and we see a lot of Red Winged Black Birds. I have never noticed the Boat-Tailed Grackle there. I will start looking closer for them.
