Talked to a c electric, my app said my power was on , it wasn’t , talked to a representative and said they were just charging the system and it would be on shortly …. Now my update says it will be on Thursday at 4 pm !!!! I get that there was a big storm, and it’s very hard to work in this weather, but don’t tell me my powers going to be on and then change it to 3 days later !!! Also AC Electric is quick to raise our rates 3- 4-5 times , but I guess that money was for their pockets not updating the grid … thanks spout off for letting me vent !!!
Moderator's Note: You are right about their having a hard job with this storm. The workers are all over trying to get service back ,hopefully it will be before Thursday. Venting relieves tension
