Why are excessive tax dollars going for bike paths in Cape May C

Swainton - Why are excessive tax dollars going for bike paths in Cape May County where less than 1% of residents use the bike paths and there is no effort to provide land based fishing access similar to the other East Coast States. I would bet land based fishing access like Florida would get 1000% or more activity than a bike path.
