This is all about justifying Trump's ordering military troops to the border just before the past November mid-term elections to ratchet up the hysteria that fuels his supporters and talking heads like Ann Coulter, Sean Hannity, and Rush Limbaugh. Of course, the troops did essentially nothing for a month as they awaited a caravan of migrants that dwindled to roughly 1,500 people, mostly women and children.
