Swainton - The state of Maryland and the District of Columbia attorney generals are collectively suing President Trump for breach of his oath of office regarding the emoluments clause of the Constitution. Trump continues to pocket multi-millions from foreign entities, he is continuing with new projects to build a motel chain in mostly red-Republican states. Both attorney generals say this state-level lawsuit is necessary because Congress and the Government Services Administration refuse to perform their oversight duties.
