Answer is pretty clear. #1 average IQ of voter is dropping like a rock from the sky #2 Public educators have become full out left wingers who no longer teach Reading, Writing ,and Math and hours in classrooms dramatically reduced as compared to private schools. Graduates from Private schools can actually think for themselves and understand what they read. Public school educated no longer can think for themselves and just react to whatever they are told . This is why this country puts so many incapable people in Congress
