Swainton - Reading this morning's paper I find an article that Middle Twp is listening to an outside firm that would deal with the numerous abandoned homes in the township. My question is why does the township have to find outside help at additional tax payer cost to cleanup the township. We are supposed to have people employed and getting tax payer money to handle these problems.
