Swainton - Joe Rizzutto (executive director) sure does know how to cause division among CMCMUA employees. Shame on him for sending home non-bargaining-unit employees on Christmas Eve but not the bargaining unit employees. We are all employees of the CMCMUA and should all be treated equally.
