Swainton - I was reading a police blotter recently and found of the 18 in the report, seven had active warrants in addition to the recent charge. That bares the question: Why so many active warrants running around the township? Is this another reflection of a less than competent police force? Crime is rampant and growing in Middle Township and active warrants running around makes it worse.
