Swainton - I read where they are looking at giant flood gates across the Great Egg Harbor River. This river is without a doubt the most scenic in NJ. The river from beginning to end is a wildlife paradise. Army Corps continues to come up with ideas that eat up our tax dollars. When will our politicians wise up and stop funding these engineers? They have already destroyed life on our beaches with the pumping of sand and destroying life on our beaches and surf line while destroying life off inshore sand lumps.
