I read about the outstanding benefits in the Cape May County jai

Swainton - I read about the outstanding benefits in the Cape May County jail. Isn't it nice that criminals get beautiful facilities with TV, game and exercise areas along with the ability to look out and view the sun? What is this country coming to when criminals get luxury like this, and veterans go homeless? Taxpayers should be funding facilities for vets and those who are in need, and not criminals.
