Swainton - I live near the MUA and we are in the third week of hearing beeping trucks/equipment, front-end loaders and numerous dump trucks rumbling through. I get it, I live in a commercial area, but on holidays and weekends, it's been non-stop. Columbus Day they started at 6:23 a.m.! Are there construction regulations about what time construction can start in the morning, at least on the weekends? If there isn't, there should be.
