Swainton - I hope teachers will get more respect next year after parents had to deal their with children during the school closure. They probably realize by now that all of those stories from their kids about how the teacher was "out to fail them", "picking on them" or the teacher said this or the teacher did this were not true or exaggerated. They aren't the angels their parents made them out to be. Every teacher has been thrown under the bus by administrators that took the word of students over teachers because they didn't want to deal with an angry parent.
