I am seeing more and more bicycles being ridden on the highways.

Swainton - I am seeing more and more bicycles being ridden on the highways. Our gas dollars pay for the highway and upkeep ..I think any Bicycle using highways should be required to buy a license in order to use..Most highways today have identified painted bike area,paint and the painter cost money. Under today's conditions those of us buying gas are paying for this. If a biker is using our highways they need to contribute to upkeep and bike lane ID.s..This doesn't have to be an enormous fee but riders should be contributing OR stay off our highways paid for by our gas taxes.
