Swainton - Cape May County is turning into a giant housing development. Every house built results in higher taxes, water and sewer rates, more trash generated, floods the roads with more traffic and schools with more kids.The townships need to put the brakes on residential development not let developers destroy every last acre so they can get rich at the expense of everyone else. The last wooded areas and fields shouldn't be paved over and built on just to keep builders employed a little longer.
