Can someone explain to me how Delaware just across the bay can h

Swainton - Can someone explain to me how Delaware just across the bay can have no sales tax ,much lower Gas tax, and significant lower Real Estate taxes and be Democratic State..Only answer can be that NJ is not a Democratic State but is a Socialistic State and leaning communistic. There are probably 2 reasons # 1 too many tax paying voters are staying home on election day while those getting freebies all vote..#2 State has no effective Republican party and those still calling themselves Republican can't agree on anything which allows Democrats/Socialist to tax,tax,tax.When will NJ voters wake up?
