You can always tell it is Summer Time as our road sides see the increase in trash that comes flying out of Out of State cars travelling down GSP and roads leading to barrier islands..It would be nice if State Police on GSP would get out and patrol looking for violators instead of sitting in their nice cool barracks at mile marker 13..Heck they may even catch a speeder on Garden State Speedway...If you are doing the speed limit or even over at 70 mph you will get run over with out of state speeders ..Where are State Cops ?
