Summer is here for sure. I drove down Dune Drive in Avalon May 26 and was passed again and again by cars going 40 to 50 mph. Also, cars drove around me through intersections when I stopped for pedestrians. They were mostly out of state plates. Not a police car in sight. How about ticketing them? Sit all day and pull them over one by one or two at a time.
