Is Parkway construction finished? If it is, wow. The finished project looks like a disaster with uneven asphalt, lines painted and sanded, squiggly lines, lines that do not match up and the timing of the lights at the Crest Haven exit are so out of whack, I avoid this area totally. This seems to be no better than the Route 9 repaving. That project is just as bad. Those painted lines are even worse. Prime example that going with the lowest bidder is not always the better road.
