The Open Spaces fund should save up funds so it can buy and preserve bigger pieces of land. The Open Spaces fund should now only be used to preserve land. Voters never approved those funds to used for other things. Reach out to all land owners that wanted to preserve their land but were rejected. The Open Spaces fund hasn’t preserved any land in years!
