I’m totally frustrated. I’m ill and my PCP office sends me to Urgent Care or the E R. Here I sit in the waiting room going on 6 hours. No you can’t wait in your car but forced to remain in a improperly ventilated room with 20+ people seeking treatment. Estimates of wait time are refused. I’m sure the management, if they cared to respond, would pass it off as liability. Maybe they could offer solutions not excuses.
