I'm not very smart, but I have a tough time understanding as a country with a $17 trillion debt, why we keep borrowing money from China and sending it around the world to countries that hate us . Would anyone reading this borrow from the local bank and than give the money to their enemies ? Maybe there is something in the water in DC that drains one's brain cells?
