Citizens of New Jersey can sit back and be proud of their state legislature. With the state having serious budget problems, the highest real estate tax in the country and a state that taxes everything that moves or thinks about moving; in spite of all those problems, they managed to pass a bill that makes salt water taffy the official state candy.
