Sure home heating oil is soaring, it’s a slight derivative from diesel and we all know that’s in short supply. So ask yourself, why isn’t there a pipeline from nearby Pennsylvania to bring more natural gas into NJ? We all know the pipeline protestors and the heating oil lobby is partially to blame, propane lobby is somewhere in there too. Add the fact that anything delivered by vehicle add cost not only fuel, maintenance and driver for a vehicle that delivers it, and it’s subject to disruption for a must have commodity. With a pipeline everyone gets it or no one gets it. Blame Trenton.
