STRATHMERE - Several people have commented on lack of a Police Force in Upper Township even though the Township has more than Tripled in taxable Real Estate.. This is a disgrace and puts a clear burden on NJ State Police from.Woodbine .Time for Upper twp to step up and provide protection. The only ones happy with no local police are the Drug dealers existing in the Township and there are many and more will be here by summer. Strathmere section of the Township may be a base for smart drug dealers..But elected politicians could care less.
