I just read where Upper Twp residents are complaining about nois

Strathmere - I just read where Upper Twp residents are complaining about noise and as a resident I agree it is not a quiet little area when the out of staters arrive. Along with noise they bring crime as they know Upper Twp has no Police Force and it is open to numerous illegal activity. Well I have never seen a drug dealer but If Middle and Lower have a Police Force why doesn't Upper Twp have One?
