Strathmere - Hey Fluke fisherman ,the big fluke that arrived in April and fatten up in our shallow bays are now moving back out into ocean .Once water temp rose over 63 the big girls start moving back to their spawning grounds with a few stops in ocean along the way .Inside fishermen start working areas leading to Inlets and actual inlet and you will find some Quality fluke. But by mid June our inside waters will be full of short hungry fluke and very few over the States ridiculous 18” . If you decide to keep shorts beware NJ Game Wardens have powerful glasses and they hide while looking for illegal catch
