I have to agree with the Spouter mentioning Strathmere being attached to Upper Twp and asking why??? .Strathmere needs to stand alone or become part of a Shore city and managed by people who understand the Ocean. Upper Township leaders have no idea what is going on in ocean and only thing they know is how to fund the Army Corp . As has been mentioned jetties on both sides of inlet would keep the sand from moving South once it is laid on the beach
