Stop crying about parking. You live in a resort town, lots of visitors. No one wants to hear about you being a taxpayer either, you get plenty for your tax money in the Crest. Free beach, free concerts, free launches for water toys, free fishing piers on the bay, free sport courts and fields. Maybe move to a senior community and pay HOA fees?
