Stone Harbor - Why is Stone Harbor taxes, beach tag fees, parking problems, beach replenishment, , etc., etc. so much more of a problem than in Avalon. They want second home owners to speak out so they don’t have to point out the inefficiencies. Voters do your job. You are the power, not second home owners who you like to blame.
